Information från styrelsen december 2025

Container

Mellan 23/12-25 och 15/1-26 kommer styrelsen att beställa en container för grovsopor avsedd för sådant som inte går att slänga i miljörummet. Den kommer att placeras på vår parkering. Har du möbler, elektronik, husgeråd eller en julgran m.m. som du vill bli av med, passa på att slänga detta då.

Containern kommer att ha ett kodlås så att inga obehöriga kan slänga grovsopor där. Styrelsen kommer att dela koden i Facebook-gruppen så håll utkik där. Har du inte tillgång till gruppen går det också bra att maila styrelsen.

Inglasning av balkonger

Vi har löpande kontakt med Nika som är vår leverantör för inglasningen. Vi har tyvärr förseningar gällande bygglovet för inglasning, vi har ännu inte fått en handläggare. Styrelsen kommer att eskalera detta till byggkontoret och begära att få återkoppling när ärendet kan processas.

Brandsäkerhet

Julen och nyårshelgerna innebär julgran, knäck och mys, men det är också den tid då flest bostadsbränder inträffar. Under december och januari får SOS alarm 1400 samtal om bostadsbränder. Det är 20% fler än övriga månader. Styrelsen vill därmed uppmana alla medlemmar att vara extra vaksamma. Bifogat i detta utskick finns information och goda råd gällande brandsäkerhet.

Grannträff

Vi vill tacka alla grannar som deltog på adventsfikat första advent. Det var trevligt att träffa så många av er! Framöver så kommer vi att anordna liknande träffar med start fram mot vårkanten.

Sophantering och nedskräpning

Vi har uppmärksammat att vi får stopp våra restavfalls cisterner. Efter samtal med SVOA har vi konstaterat att det handlar om för stora påsar som orsaker stoppen. Vi ber er därför att enbart kasta en påse åt gången och försök att hålla ner storleken.

Styrelsen har uppmärksammat att miljörummet ser mycket bättre ut nu än för några månader sedan. Många medlemmar var positiva till förändringen på grannträffen. Däremot har vi uppmärksammats på att vi har en del onödig nedskräpning på vår innergård. Vi ber därför om fortsatt samarbete och för att vi tillsammans upprätthåller en god ordning även på innergården.

Årsstämma

Nästa årsstämma kommer att vara 27/5 kl 18-20 i samma lokal som sist, Spånga Folkan. En mer regelrätt kallelse kommer att komma framöver.

Information from the Board December 2025

Container

Between 23/12-25 and 15/1-26, the board will order a container for bulky waste intended for things that cannot be thrown away in the recycling room. It will be placed in our parking lot. If you have furniture, electronics, household utensils or a Christmas tree etc. that you want to get rid of, take the opportunity to throw this away.

The container will have a code lock so that no unauthorized persons can dispose of bulky waste there. The board will share the code in the Facebook group so keep an eye out there. If you do not have access to the group, you can also email the board.

Fire safety

Christmas and New Year's holidays mean Christmas trees, crackers and coziness, but it is also the time when most house fires occur. During December and January, SOS Alarm receives 1400 calls about residential fires. This is 20% more than the other months. The board would therefore like to urge all members to be extra vigilant. Attached to this mailing is information and good advice regarding fire safety.

Glazing of balconies

We are in regular contact with Nika, which is our supplier. Unfortunately, we have delays regarding the building permit, we have not yet received an administrator. The board will escalate this to the construction office and request feedback when the matter can be processed.

Neighbourhood meeting

We would like to thank all the neighbors who participated in the Advent coffee on the first Advent. It was nice to meet so many of you! In the future, we will organize similar meetings starting towards the spring.

Garbage disposal and littering

Garbage disposal and littering We have noticed that we have to stop our residual waste tanks. After conversations with SVOA, we have established that it is too large bags that are causing the blockage. We therefore ask you to only throw away one bag at a time and try to keep the size down. The board has noticed that the recycling room looks much better now than it did a few months ago. Many members were positive about the change at the neighbor meeting. However, we have been made aware that we have some unnecessary littering in our courtyard. We therefore ask for continued cooperation and for us to maintain good order in the courtyard as well. Annual General Meeting

The next Annual General Meeting will be held on 27/5 at 18-20 in the same spot as last time, Spånga Folkan. A more regular invitation will come in the future.
