Filterbyte

Det är nu dags att byta filter i alla lägenheter. Filtren har en livslängd på ett år och behöver därefter bytas. Filtren sitter i regel bakom elementen under fönstren.

De gamla filtren slängs därefter med hushållssopor (brännbart).

Alla medlemmar behöver inventera hur många filter ni behöver och komma ner till innergården för att hämta nya på måndag 27/10 mellan 16-18.

Föreningen står för kostnaden för de nya filtren.

Sophantering

Efter tidigare utskick gällande grovsopor i miljörummet ser vi en liten förbättring. Vi hoppas att vi tillsammans kan hålla den trenden uppe.

Styrelsen kommer att hyra in en container för grovsopor runt jul då vi förväntar oss mer kartonger, papp etc kring jul.

För att maximera kapaciteten i vårt miljörum kommer ett av metallkärlen konverteras till tidningskärl och det som idag är tidningskärl konverteras till ytterligare ett kärl för kartonger.

Grannträff

Styrelsen har som målsättning att anordna en träff för grannar och medlemmar inom en snar framtid. Eventuellt med lite glögg och lussebulle. Mer information kommer inom en snar framtid.

Städ

Städningen i våra trapphus har de senaste månaderna inte riktigt levererat den kvaliteten som vi förväntar oss. Möte har tagits med städfirman och vi förväntar oss nu att kvaliteten höjs.

Nya medlemmar

Vi kan med glädje meddela att försäljningen av lägenheter fortsätter och vi kan denna månad välkomna 4 nya medlemmar till föreningen. De lägenheter som fortfarande är till salu ägs och säljs av JM, vilket innebär att de inte belastar föreningens ekonomi.

Inglasning

Stadskontoret har för närvarande hög arbetsbelastning, vilket gör att handläggningstiden för bygglov är längre än normalt. Vi hoppas kunna ha bygglovet klart innan årsskiftet för att därefter påbörja beställningar hos leverantörerna. Styrelsen håller er löpande uppdaterade när vi får ny information.

Porttelefon

Systemet för porttelefonen har strulat en del. Styrelsen har tagit över uppdraget att administrera systemet tillsammans med Avarn. Behöver du lägga till nummer i porttelefon systemet så kontaktar du styrelsen via mail. styrelsen@brfgunhild.se

Filterchange

This QR code leads to a video on how to remove and clean the filters.

Please note that we are going to replace the filters.

The old filters are then disposed of with household waste (combustible).

All members need to take stock of how many filters you need and come down to the courtyard to pick up new ones on Monday 27/10 between 16-18.

The association is responsible for the cost of the new filters.

Waste disposal

After we informed regarding bulky waste in the recycling room, we see a slight improvement. We hope that together we can keep that trend up.

The board will rent a container for bulky waste around Christmas as we expect more cartons, cardboard etc around Christmas.

To maximize the capacity of our recycling room, one of the metal bins will be converted into newspaper bins and what is currently newspaper bins will be converted into another container for cartons.

Neighbourhood meeting

The board's goal is to organize a meeting for neighbors and members in the near future. Possibly with some mulled wine and saffron bun. More information will come in the near future.

Cleaning

The cleaning in our stairwells has in recent months not quite delivered the quality that we expect. A meeting has been held with the cleaning company and we now expect the quality to be raised.

New members

We are happy to announce that the sale of apartments continues and we can this month welcome 4 new members to the association. The apartments that are still for sale are owned and sold by JM, which means that they do not burden the association's finances.

Glazed balcony

The city office currently has a high workload, which means that the processing time for building permits is longer than normal. We hope to have the building permit ready before the end of the year and then start orders with the suppliers. The board will keep you updated on an ongoing basis when we receive new information.

Intercom

The system for the intercom has been a bit of a problem. The Board has taken over the task of administering the system together with Avarn. If you need to add numbers to the entry phone system, contact the board via email. styrelsen@brfgunhild.se
